To make a reservation at the Kauai Palms Hotel, please use our secure online reservations system or call (808) 246-0908. Please provide your cell phone number at the time of booking so we can send you check-in instructions via text. Our office hours are 8am to 8pm. If your Check-in time is later than 8 pm, please call the hotel directly at (808) 246-0908 to inform us of your late arrival.
Occupancy
Room rates are based on double occupancy, all rates are in US Dollars. Acceptable payment methods include cash, travelers cheques, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. No pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required within 10 days of arrival date. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to your check-in date. If cancellation is not received within this time frame, you will be charged a one-time cancellation fee equal to the price of one night’s room rent for the type of room that you booked.

Driving Directions to the Kauai Palms Hotel
Turn left at the traffic signal outside of the Lihue Airport onto Highway 51/Kapule Highway. Kapule Highway ends shortly after the second traffic light (about a mile), veer Right onto Rice Street. Make a left at the 2nd traffic light, the hotel is located at 2931 Kalena Street.
